Arizona, California and Nevada

We have multiple openings in our Arizona, California and Nevada offices for developing new client leads through special needs planning, producing insurance, asset management and financial planning sales. SilverTree strives to help define and achieve each client's unique, long-term goals through a comprehensive, holistic program of special needs planning, investments, tax planning strategies, asset allocation, risk management, insurance, retirement planning and estate planning.

Responsibilities of the sales professional will include:

  • Building rapport on incoming calls from interested prospects and referrals in order to open accounts.
  • Building relationships by making outgoing calls to interested and qualified prospects for planning.
  • Marketing to and targeting prospective clients and identifying their needs by analyzing client's present income and asset situation.
  • Recommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions and helping clients take action on recommendations.
  • Presenting professional & sophisticated presentations to clients and their financial advisors to close accounts.
  • Executing SilverTree's marketing plan that is designed to develop a presence in our defined target markets.
  • Providing personal client service.

The ideal candidate will be a polished individual with strong communication, presentation and sales skills. The ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients is a must. Candidates must have a college degree with 2-5 years prior sales experience and a proven sales track record. Insurance experience necessary. Current licensing required (Series 66 or Series 65 and State Life & Health License).
